PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a materials unloading device and a method for unloading the materials using such a device capable of reducing the industrial waste from the materials unloading operation without using any pallet housing materials when materials, in particular architectural materials, are to be unloaded at the site, i.e., without unloading the whole pallet with materials, or without requiring much costs by easily carrying back directly from the site. SOLUTION: A plurality of frames 7A and 7B is provided to constitute a frame from capable of being supported in the condition that materials 2 are hung up upon externally inserting from the two ends 2a and 2b of the materials. A supporting part 50 for materials 2 hung up by the frames 7A and 7B is so provided that abutting is made from below to the lower surface 21 of the materials 2 when the materials 2 are sunk by lowering the frames 7A and 7B and thereby they become movable toward the ends 2a and 2b of the materials 2.
