PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weighted optical fiber cable for a sensor having a wide service temperature range and high vibration-detecting sensitivity. SOLUTION: A coated optical fiber 1 is provided with a primary coating, a cushioning layer, and a secondary coating on an optical fiber. The coated fiber 1 is inserted into a metal pipe 3 made of stainless steel, and a space is filled with a first filler 2. The filler 2 comprises a jelly-like material. The three metal pipes 3 having the inserted optical fibers 1 respectively and filled with the first filler 2 in this manner hereinbefore are arranged to be wrapped by a corrosion-proof layer 5 in a lump, and sheathed with an iron wire 6 thereon. A space between the metal pipes 3 and the corrosion-proof layer 5 is filled with a second filler. The second filler is a gelled polyurethane.
