PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality optical image without using any externally mounted frosted (glass) plate (a light defusing plate) even in the case of an LCM(laser capture microdissection) device with only a lighting of small NA (numerical aperture of lighting) by providing a light-scattering means near the boundary between the end face of a transparent member and a thermoplastic film in a sampling cap. SOLUTION: An LCM consists of a cylindrical light-transmission plastic cap 32 where a brim-shaped retention part 31 is formed at the outer of one end face, and a light-transmission thermoplastic film 33 being applied to the end face of a cylindrical part on a side without any brim of the cap 32. A ground end face 34 is formed on the end face of the cylindrical part on a side without any brims in the cap 32 as a light scattering part, thus applying illumination light where an appropriate illumination range is secured by scattering the illumination light to an organization sample and hence obtaining a high- quality optical image.
