PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge rainwater without damaging the reduction of coin collection work by fitting a slidable coin return port base where a drainage groove is installed in a coin return port main body. SOLUTION: Rainwater invading into a coin return port main body 3b flows into a coin return port base from a gap between a hole part 9 and a projection part 13a, is energized forward by the inclination of a drainage groove 10a in forward/backward direction and is discharged to the outside. At the time of collecting coins, the coin return port base 8a is slid backward by making a long hole 14a follow a supporting part 11, a long hole 14 to a guide part 12 and a reception part 15 to a supporting part 18 so as to open all parts. Thus, the coins are made to flow in the order of a coin mechanism, a coin path, the coin return port main body 3b, the hole part 9 and a collection box and they are collected from the collection box.
