PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-station control information transfer system capable of highly reliably transferring inter-station control information such as accounting information to another station. SOLUTION: Private branch exchanges (PBX-A and PBX-B) 1 and 2 are connected through an ISDN(integrated service digital network) public network 3. To the respective PBXes 1 and 2, an inter-station information controller 11 is connected through a call control processor 7. The inter-station information controller 11 is provided with an inter-station control information memory 12, stores the inter-station control information such as the accounting information, and when it exceeds a fixed amount, connects the virtual private line of the ISDN public network 3 and sends it out to the other station.
