PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure simply and clearly the range of lateral deviation of the body that is generally called sway, in the swing of a golf club. SOLUTION: A round rod 1 is erected vertically to a sill 2 and a longitudinal cylinder 3 having a slightly larger inside diameter than the outside diameter of the round rod 1 is put through the round rod. The longitudinal cylinder 3 has a threaded hole, can be moved vertically within the range of the size of an L and can be fixed at an optional position with a screw 4. Furthermore, a horizontal cylinder 5 is attached to the longitudinal cylinder 3. A round rod 6 that is about twice as long as the horizontal cylinder 5 and has a measure function is inserted into the hollow portion of the horizontal cylinder 5, and a lid 7 and a patch 8 having larger outside diameters than the outside diameter of the horizontal cylinder 5 are provided at both ends. A sponge 9 that adjusts the movement of a round rod 6 having a measure function is provided on the wall of the hollow portion of the horizontal cylinder 5 by applying an appropriate pressure.
