PURPOSE: A gap fill-in member between a top cover and an exterior case of an automatic washing machine for generalizing the top cover is provided to compatibly employ the gap fill-in member in all washing machines regardless of the size of the exterior case or cleaning capacity of the machines. CONSTITUTION: A gap fill-in member between a top cover and an exterior case of an automatic washing machine for generalizing the top cover includes a hollow square main body part(6) formed with coupling grooves(10) at both side bottom surfaces to be fitted with flange parts(9) of the exterior case(2), and top cover holding parts(7) protruded from inner side surfaces of the square main body part to hold and support the top cover(3) inserted into the square main body part at a predetermined position, wherein the lower part of the square main body part has slant outer surfaces of which upper parts are wider and the upper parts are narrower if the gap between the top cover and the exterior case is relatively wide. |
