PURPOSE: A preparation method of a blue luminescent material by mixing ZnO, Ga2O3 and Li2CO3 is provided which can produce a low voltage display device having improved luminescence efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the blue luminescent material comprises the steps of mixing ZnO, Ga2O3, Li2CO3; sintering the mixture at 1,100 to 1,300°C under atmosphere for 3 hr; milling the sintered substance; washing the milled substance with acid; sintering at 800 to 1,100°C in a reducing atmosphere for 1 to 3 hr; and grading. The amount of the Li2CO3 is 5 to 20g based on 1 mol ZnO. |
