PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable of such a structure that a conductor with an insulating covering is wound for improving the performance of return loss to a great extent. SOLUTION: A coaxial cable 10 having a longitudinal axis 101 is composed of an internal conductor 11 extending in this longitudinal axis of the cable, an insulating member 12 to surround the conductor 11 and form an insulated conductor, an external conductor 13 to surround the insulating member 12, and a jacket 16 made of insulating material to surround the external conductor 13. The insulated conductor makes one turn relatively in the axial direction for each length L of cable 10 with respect to the external conductor 13.
