PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of a blank check. SOLUTION: An amplification means 55 privately used for the RF signal which is used for the blank check is furnished as a 2nd amplification means. The sufficient gain-up at the time of the blank check is thereby attainable for making the blank check accurate and also not incurring the complication in the constitution and the process. And also, by means of separately providing a 1st amplification means 8 as to the reproducing process and the 2nd amplification means 55 as to the blank check, the reproducing process and the accurate blank check operation are simultaneously performable.
