PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stir and knead very efficiently paste for printing held in a syringe and to extrude it from a discharge port of the syringe to be supplied to a screen printing apparatus, in a state of being given the fluidity and viscosity suitable for screen printing. SOLUTION: A stirring-supplying device of paste for printing is composed of a syringe A made of synthetic resin and a mixer unit B fitted removably to a base end opening A2 of the syringe and so constituted as to stir and knead the paste 1 held in the syringe and to extrude it from a discharge port A4 of the syringe. The mixer unit B is composed of a cover body 2 put airtightly on the base end opening, a belt drive mechanism B1 disposed on the cover body and a plurality of stirring rods B3 which are connected to operate with this mechanism through the intermediary of a transmission mechanism B2 including a planet gear mechanism and which project into the syringe A and are rotated around the central axis of the syringe and also on their own axes.
