The under floor structure comprises two right and left floor frames (11d) extending rearwards from a front frame extending downwards from a head tube. A housing plate for parts (18) such as batteries is arranged between the floor frames and a foot rest is mounted on the frames and covers the upper surface of the housing plate. The floor frames are constituted from a component having a U-shape open to the top. The housing plate comprises a bottom part (101), side walls (102,103), edges (104,105) and hooks (106,107).
