PURPOSE: A business solution fort a web-based customer support service is provided to satisfy the customer by serving 24 hours while helping the customer find out answers for their questions in a web site or automatizing effective responses for clients' inquiries. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic FAQ(Frequently Asked Question) is based on a ranked FAQ to reflect clients's concerns and a personalized FAQ to grasp and select individual disposition. A work flow engine, an intelligent auto response robot and a recommendation engine are to improve the staff's convenience and the quality of the service for a customer support service. |
