PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase water energy without opening the cock of a faucet even when flow rate regulation is performed by using the hole of the same diameter as the conventional by restricting the cross section of water flow by a restricting part, and increasing the energy of the water flow by continuously restricting the cross section of the water flow for the restricting by a pressurizing nozzle installed on the upstream side of the restricting part. SOLUTION: A water saving adapter installed in a faucet is constituted by combining a body 5, a restricting part 1 and a pressurizing nozzle 2, which are integrally incorporated in a water saving coma 6, which is set in the body 5. The cross section of water flow is restricted by the restricting part 1, and the cross section of the water flow is continuously restricted by the pressurizing nozzle 2 installed on the upstream side of the restricting part 1 to increase the energy of the water flow. In other words, a diameter is widened in the form of a taper toward the counterbore 6a of the upstream side from the restricting part 1 provided on the water saving coma, a tapered through hole communicating with the restricting part 1 is provided, and used as the pressurizing nozzle 2. Further, a spiral water flow part 2a is provided on the inner face of the pressurizing nozzle 2.
