PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an MHEG object which can not be converted as a component by converting an MHEG document into an HTML document which has a description of an object, and a description and a script of CSS. SOLUTION: The shape and operation of a slider object and a link object are extracted from a document described in MHEG and decomposed. The shape of the slider object is converted into the properties of multiple objects described in HTML. Other properties of the slider object are converted into variables described by a script of HTML. Link effect regarding the slider object described in the link object is converted into a method described by a script of HTML. The event type of the link object is converted into the event handler of an object of HTML. The shape and operation represented in the generated HTML are related.
