摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate data communication without breaking the limit of a frequency band by successively adding time width for forming a code for each mark or space, and constituting the code by combining the time width corresponding to a character. SOLUTION: Data from a data input device 1 are converted into an ASCII code with a code converter 2 and divided into high-order three bits and low- order four bits. Numerical control counters 3a and 3b count the clock pulses of a clock generator 4. Thus, the high-order three bits of the ASCII code are set to the numerical control counter 3a and the numerical value of a sum with the fixed value of a fixed counter is counted. Then, a signal with the cumulative time as mark time width is outputted. Similarly, the numerical control counter 3b to set the low-order four bits of the ASCII code outputs the signal having space time width. These two outputs are continuously connected so that a code converting the ASCII code to a pair of mark and space signals can be provided.
