PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a holding structure of circuit boards, which is simple in assembly and can hold the circuit boards without occupying space. SOLUTION: This holding structure of circuit boards is constituted into a structure, where a plurality of the circuit boards 1, 1, etc. which are mounted with an electronic component 1a and the like, are superposed and are held by holding tools 2. Almost U-shaped notches 1c are provided in the outer peripheral parts 1b of the boards 1. Moreover, a plurality of grooved recessed parts 2a encircling at right angles to the longitudinal direction are provided, by engraving in the peripheries of the side parts of the rod-shaped holding tools 2. When the tools 2 are mounted to the boards 1, 1, etc. the notches 1c provided in the outer peripheral parts 1b of the boards 1 are respectively fitted in each of the plurality of the recessed parts 2a which are provided by engraving in the tools 2 and the boards 1, 1, etc. are superposed and are held by the tools 2.
