PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness by providing one surface with a plate side protruding part whose shape is almost identical with that of the case side recessed part of a case, while the plate side protruding part contacts, on a top plate inside surface, the case side recessed part together with the one surface, constituting a plate-like member. SOLUTION: A top plate inside surface 30A of a second case half 30 is provided with a first case side recessed part 42, where a circular opening part is formed almost at the center. A plurality of channel-type, second case side recessed parts 43 communicating with the first case side recessed part 42 are radially provided from the first case side recessed part 42. At a right side end part, a case side protruding part 44 is provided almost in parallel in the front-back directions. Meanwhile, at one surface 45A of a second shield plate 45, first and second shield plate side protruding parts which are, while facing the first and second case side protruding parts 42 and 43 of the second case half 30, being almost the same shape with them are so provided as to be stamped from the other surface 45B to one surface 45A, while a shield plate side protruding part facing the case side protruding part 44, is almost the same shape as it is provided so as to be stamped from one surface 45A to the other surface 45B.
