PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the electric field concentration on the end edge of an inner conductor and reduce the capacitor loss by providing in a dielectric body a low dielectric constant part having a lower dielectric constant than the dielectric body around the end edge of the inner conductor. SOLUTION: An inner conductor 1 is held in a dielectric body 3, an electric field concentration relaxing part 2 is formed near the end edge of the conductor 1, and the electric field concentration relaxing part 2 is composed of a hollow or low dielectric constant part filled with a low dielectric constant material. At both end faces of an element the inner conductors 1 are alternately connected to terminal electrodes 4, it will suffice that the number of layers of the conductors 1 is 2 or more, and the material of the conductor 1 is pref. Ag, Cu, Au, Pd having high dielectric constants or alloy contg. them as main components, and the low dielectric constant part 2 pref. contains at least one of Al oxide, Mg oxide and Si oxide as a main component.
