PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay terminal prepared for a remote monitor and control system, including a latching relay in its inside, reduced fitting space, simplified connection, and arranged on a distribution board together with other internal devices in parallel. SOLUTION: A body 10 of the relay terminal is formed so that its longitudinal dimension corresponds to the agreement dimensions of the distribution board and it comprises a box type synthetic resin cover 11 whose center part on a lower aperture is expanded upward and a synthetic resin back plate 12 to be stuck to the lower aperture part of the cover 11. The cover 11 is constituted so that a controlling printed board 17 packaging a latching relay 9 and a control part and a printed board 19 packaging a dip switch 18 constituting an address setting part 46 are arranged in the inner space of the center projection part 16, load connecting terminals 20 consisting of quick connection terminals are arranged in the inner space of one end part, and signal line connecting terminals 21 consisting of quick connection terminals are arranged in the inner space of the other end part.
