PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-line structure with an excellent interline isolation characteristic and that keeps the same degree of coupling even when a coupled line is moved in a longitudinal direction and to provide a high frequency unit. SOLUTION: A strip conductor 5 of an upper side line coupling section of a coupling section changes its height with respect to a non-coupling section via an inter-layer connection means such as through-holes 7a, 7b to obtain a desired degree of coupling at the coupling section. The characteristic impedance of the lower side strip line, the upper side strip line and the coupled line ZC1, ZC2, ZC3 has a relation of ZC1=ZC2=ZC3. and the inter-line coupling structure is configured in a way that the width of the lower side line strip conductor 4 of the non-coupling section is kept the same through the decision of the dielectric constant and the thickness of dielectric boards 1a, 1b and a dielectric sheet 2.
