The vacuum drying plant has at least one drying chamber (2), round which is a heating element (24) through which heating fluid circulates. A liquid ring (oil ring) vacuum pump (4) has its inlet (40) connected to the heating element, and its exhaust heat used to heat the heating fluid. A separator stage (5) is included between the outlet (41) of the vacuum pump and the heating element, in which steam on the one hand, and oil with water or dust on the other hand, are separated from each other. |
