PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce drive power for control, and facilitate saturation countermeasure of a drive transformer. SOLUTION: In a synchronous rectifying circuit constituted of a switching element 2 for rectification and a switching element 3 for circulation, a diode 6 is inserted into a gate circuit of the switching element 3 for circulation. By using a flyback voltage of a main transformer 7, the switching element 3 for circulation is turned on. Before the switching element 2 for rectification is turned on, the switching element 3 for circulation is turned off via a first switching element 4, a pulse transformer 8, and a second switching element 5 which constitute a drive circuit.
