PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electric junction box body by breaking only a mounting part positively even if careless external force is applied to an electric junction box for automobile. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of electric junction box for automobile includes an electric junction box body fitted on a fitting part in an automobile by fixing a mounting part 2 provided for the electric junction box body by a mounting means, wherein a break facilitating part 6 of separating the electric junction box body from the mounting part 2 is constituted of a cut part 7 formed at an outer-periphery edge and a breaking hole formed on the identical line L to the cut part 7, and its cross-sectional area is reduced more than any other portion to be formed at the mounting part 2.
