In this case, a dimension from the main body bottom face 2a to the cover body top face 3a when the main body 2 is engaged with the cover body 3 is set so as to be ranging from 100.0-135.0 mm, and the diameters of the main body bottom face 2a and the cover body top face 3a are set so as to be ranging from 52.0-67.0 mm.
