PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the use of a cellular phone on a self-oil feed section and a labor-saving oil feed section and prevent accidents such as ignition to a vapor or an explosion. SOLUTION: An oil feed control device is provided with an electromagnetic sensor 22 sensing electromagnetic waves transmitted from a cellular phone to respective oil feed areas of respective oil feeders 10 set at an oil feed station, video cameras 30 monitoring the status of respective oil feed areas, an observation monitor 50 receiving the image signals from the video cameras 30 and displaying the same in an office and a control means 40 displaying information with priority on a monitor screen 51 of the observation monitor 50 based on the image signals of video cameras 30 for respective corresponding oil feed areas by the sensing signals of the electromagnetic sensors 22.
