PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect a seatback to prohibit seating when a seat cushion is located in a storing position where the seat cushion goes down, and to facilitate constitution and assembling. SOLUTION: A regulation means 7 comprising two cam plates (231),421 and a regulation lever 31 is arranged between a reclining device 2 and a seat lowering mechanism, and an operation for erecting a seatback 3 in a seat storing position is prohibited by the means 7. The possibility of seat uasage in an erroneous position is precluded thereby, and a seat unit simplified in its constitution and facilitated in assembling for it is provided.
