PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tip part of a wire for connecting an operation lever and a latch mechanism from coming off out of the operation lever at the time of impact or the like to surely conduct operations for a locked condition and a released condition of the latch mechanism. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism has locking holes formed along a longitudinal direction of a fixed rail, and a latch attached to an upper rail side insertion- engaged with the locking hole of the rail. Wires 29, 30 with welts 43 provided in their respective tips are connected to operation levers 27, 28 of a lock- releasing mechanism, and the wires 29, 30 are connected to the latch. The wires 29, 30 are penetratedly inserted into the operation levers, and a cut-out part 45 for locking the welt 43 in its circumferential edge part and the welt 43 pressing piece 47 of a substantial L-shape in top view provided adjacently to the cut-out part 45 are formed.
