PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a waste food oil as a feed without incinerating the oil. SOLUTION: A waste food oil 1 is converted to an easily handleable semi- solid or solid feed by attaching the oil 1 to powder 2 or a dried spongy waste food 3 by adhesion or inclusion taking advantage of capillary phenomenon.
