PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce developmental manufacturing cost and make maintenance work easy by high general-purpose usability over many divergences of functions, set-up places, etc., and by interchangeable common parts. SOLUTION: This pinch valve comprises a tube arranged part 1 having a tube 9 and a tube pressing member 10 regulating an opening/closing degree of an inner flow path of the tube, liquid in/out flow part 3 regulating a connection relation to the outside, and an operating part 4 giving an operating amount associated with the tube pressing member 10 to adjust a liquid flow amount in the valve, and the tube arranged part 1 is interposition mounted from both ends by the liquid in/out flow part. In this way, the pinch valve of high general- purpose use complying with various specification requirements in a job site using the pinch valve is realized.
