PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of being easily and certainly mounted to a roof running by light force and being easily removed if necessary. SOLUTION: The holder 3 is provided with a base portion 8, a through hole 9 provided on the base portion 8, each pair of first and second elastic locking legs 10, 11 provided on the above base portion 8, and an inserting member 12. The first elastic locking legs 10 extend from opposed end portion each other of the above through hole 9 at one side surface of the above base portion 8 and are engaged with an end portion of a through hole. The second elastic locking legs 11 extend from one side surface of the above base portion 8 and are engaged with the above end portion. The inserting member 12 is provided on a turnable plate portion 19 turnably connected to the base portion 8 and can be inserted into the above through hole 9. The first elastic locking legs 10 are urged so as to strongly engage with the end portion at the time of insertion.
