PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the constant transporting pressure by providing an air flow adjusting valve capable of supplying the same quantity of the compressed air with the air-leak quantity of a quantitative supplying machine correlated with the transporting pressure to a transporting pipe on the basis of the transporting pressure taken from the transporting pipe on the way of a high-pressure pipeline. SOLUTION: A quantitative supplying machine 2 for supplying a powdery and granular material inside a tank 1 to a transporting pipe 3 is provided, and a compressed air supplying source 4 for supplying the transporting compressed air through a high-pressure pipeline 5T is provided. An air flow adjusting valve 12 is provided at a tip of a branch pipeline 10A divided from the high-pressure pipeline 5T, and the transporting pressure is taken by this air flow adjusting valve 12 from a take-in port 11A provided in the transporting pipe 3 through an input pipeline 11, and the same quantity of the compressed air with the air-leak quantity of the quantitative supplying machine 2 correlated with the transporting pressure is replenished to the transporting pipe 3 through a replenishing pipeline 10B. With this structure, transporting pressure inside of the transporting pipe 3 can be always constantly maintained.
