PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate take-out of a product at the time of unsealing and to prevent the product from popping out by forming an unsealing cut line made by perforations extending slantly from an upper surface side toward a lower surface side. SOLUTION: Perforations 6 of a take-out port 8 are slantly provided on a side face toward a front face 4 of a packaging bag 1 from an upper surface 10 to a lower surface 11. In unsealing the bag 1, the bag 1 is torn off from an initial point 7 along the perforations 6 on a side of the side face 3, the take-out port 8 becomes approximately rectangle. When it is torn to an end 9, a sanitary product 5 is held on left and right side faces 3 surrounded by a film of the packaging bag from the upper surface 10 to front and rear faces 4 and the side face 3 and from the lower surface 11 to the front and rear faces 4 and the side face 3, thereby preventing the product 5 from popping out even after the bag is unsealed. In addition, since the bag is unsealed on a two-surface region including the front face 4 and the side faces 3 on a side of the upper surface 10, the sanitary product 5 can be held from the take-out port 8, so that products 5 can be taken out one by one.
