PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building capable of facilitating the work accompanied with fixation in a ceiling part of a carport and reducing the work at site. SOLUTION: Ceiling face members 32, 52 extending horizontally along lower faces of reinforcing beams 26, 46 are attached to a ceiling face of a carport 5 constituted by assembling units for carport 20, 40 in which a pair of floor beams are omitted and ceiling beams 22A, 42A corresponding to the omitted floor beams are reinforced by the reinforcing beams 26, 46. Consequently, since the ceiling face is constituted by the ceiling face members 32, 52 extending along lower faces of the reinforcing beams 26, 46, the troublesome work for covering lower faces and side faces of the reinforcing beams 26, 46 is not required. As a result, the work accompanied with fixation in a ceiling part of the carport becomes easy, and the work at site is reduced.
