PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entanglement caused by rotation of a hoisting rope at the time of special main hook working in one-winch and two-hooks system. SOLUTION: A main hook 16 is constituted of a sheave block 20 attached with a main hook sheave 17, a hooking part 21 hooked to a cargo, and an intermediate block 22 connected therebetween relatively freely rotatably around a horizontal axis with respect to the sheave block 20 and the hooking part 21, and the sheave block 20 including the main hook sheave 17 is kept vertically, when an auxiliary hook 28 is fixed to the main hook 16 to conduct special main hook work for lifting-up and -down at the same time.
