摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of shearing stresses between a thermoelectric conversion element and electrodes and between the electrodes and a substrate made of an electric insulating material. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generating module is constituted by using a double cylindrical body and arranging a thermoelectric conversion element 43 and electrodes 44 and 45 in the space between the inner pipe 41 and outer pipe 42 of the cylindrical body. A temperature difference is produced in the element 43 held between the inner and outer pipes 41 and 32, by making a high-temperature fluid to flow in the inner pipe 41 and radiating the heat of the fluid to the periphery from the outer pipe 42. While the element 43 must be connected electrically to the electrodes 44 and 45 to make the module generate electric power, the electrical connection can be made in non-rigid states when a liquid metal is used for the connection.
