PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a space in the main body of device housing a monitor part when the monitor part is opened (turned) from the main body of device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a main body part 1 of device equipped with a recording part for recording information on a recording carrier, a monitor part 2 provided so as to be turned to this main body part 1 of device and a camera part 3 fixed to the side part of this main body part 1 of device so as to be turned or fixedly. In this case, the main body part 1 of device is provided with a housing part 6 for housing the monitor part 2 and in the space of the housing part formed when the monitor part 2 is opened, operable electronic equipment units 20 and 30 are attachably and detachably arranged.
