PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a pipe for air and water while suppressing an increase of an external diameter and weight. SOLUTION: This joint comprises relatively rotatably fitted joint outer/inner 10, 21 and fluid passages 14, 23 formed in the joint outer/inner 10, 21 to be connected to each other, a pipe insertion groove 25 is provided to be sunk in a parallel direction to a center line partly in an internal peripheral surface of a lead wire insertion hole 22A opened on the center line of the joint inner 21, and a pipe 26 is inserted in a parallel direction to the center line in the pipe insertion groove 25. In this way, by laying the pipe for air and water in the pipe insertion groove, necessity for increasing an external diameter of the joint inner is eliminated, so that increasing of an external diameter and bulk of the joint inner/outer can be avoided.
