Machine comprises a body (1) with two parallel shafts (2,7) rotating and each carrying a serie of knifes (11,17). Knifes are working in pair as shears. The shafts are mounted on bearings (4,6,8,10) which can rotate around axis (13,14,15,16). Two jacks (9,20) are each mounted between a pair of bearing (4-6,8-10) and exert torque to compensate the shearing stress.
