The invention concerns a device comprising for each fixing point a housing (10) whereof the side facing the wall or the hanging rod comprises means to be fixed on the wall or the rod, whereof the side facing the object comprises an opening for inserting a catching member (30) integral with the object, whereof one of the sides comprises an opening for receiving a lock cylinder (20) whereof the bit, after pivoting, is urged to be locked behind an inner side (22) of the housing, the housing comprising means retaining (34) part of the catching member (30) and the catching member (30) comprises a recess (32) designed to be engaged into the means retaining (34) the housing, the catching member (30) being then between said retaining means (34) and the cylinder (20).
