PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively take out a high temperature powdery material by providing a driving device for rotating a disk having a plurality of openings on a concentric circle with a driving shaft and casings having a first opening in a disk upper part on a concentric circle of the disk and having a second opening in a disk lower part separate from the first opening on a concentric circle. SOLUTION: A powdery material 1 is supplied to a heating chamber 3 to be heated to a prescribed temperature as well as to be cooled by passing cooling water through a discharge pipe cooling jacket 5 and a cooling water pipe 17 of casings 7. Next, a disk 6 is rotated by a driving motor 10, and when an opening 15 of the disk 6 comes to a position of a first opening 14, the powdery material 1 is filled in the opening 15 form a discharge pipe 4. As the disk 6 rotates, the filled powdery material 1 is cooled by the upper/lower casings 7, and when the disk 6 rotates once and comes to a second opening, the powdery material 1 falls in a preserving hopper from a discharge duct. Thus, the powdery material 1 is successively filled in the opening 15, and after being cooled, the powdery material is discharged into the preserving hopper.
