PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter usable as eaves as required when a door is opened by dividing a guide rail into a lower rail and an upper rail, fixing the lower rail, and providing the upper rail rockably by a rocking means with its upper end used as a fulcrum. SOLUTION: When a door 13 is used as a shutter, an upper rail 9 is returned in a straight line with a lower rail 10 by the cylinder 15 of a rocking device 14 for use as a guide rail 8, then a drive device 5 is driven to rotate a winding drum 2, the door 13 wound on the winding drum 2 is guided along the guide rail 8, and it is unwound to be closed. When the door 13 is used as eaves, the drive device 5 is reversed to wind the door 13 on the winding drum 2 until it reaches to one side of the upper rail 9. A rocking device 14 is operated to push one end of the cylinder 15 upward, the upper rail 9 is lifted with a spindle 11 serving as a fulcrum and is stopped, then the door 3 is unwound to the desired prescribed position, thereby the eaves can be simply formed when the door 13 is not used as the shutter.
