PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an optional party desirably taking participation in a conference to make a conference speech connection to a desired conference group at a desired time zone by eliminating the need for registration of a conference ID code, a telephone number of a conference participant and for a contact of a conference start time and a conference ID code beforehand. SOLUTION: The telephone speech system includes terminals 1 each having a telephone function and a server 2 interconnecting the terminals 1. The server 2 is provided with a means that transmits entry request information to the terminal 1 to make a request to the terminal 1 to enter its attribute data and with an attribute data file 3 that manages a plurality of attribute data received from the terminals 1. The server 2 collates information relating to the attribute obtained from the terminal 1 with the attribute data managed in the attribute data file 3 and groups the terminals 1 whose attribute information is coincident with the stored attribute data and allows the grouped terminals 1 to make a telephone speech connection.
