PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent one-sided adhesion of a metallic stiffener to a board during adhesion to the board, leakage of an adhesive to the outer edge of a surface for adhesion and the inclination of the stiffener, without requiring the deburring work on the stiffener formed by blanking. SOLUTION: A stiffener 21 made of a metal is adhered to a wiring board 11 with its flat surface 24 facing the board 11, and the surface 24 being on the side, from which burrs 20 on cut surfaces 26 and 27 project. Because of this adhering structure, when the stiffener 21 is pressed against with a press machine, biasing surface of the press does not abut on the burrs 20, but will abut on a flat surface 23 where sagging occurs. Hence, one-sided adhesion will not occur.
