PURPOSE: A solid or semisolid paraquat preparation and a production method thereof are provided to prevent users from drinking a poison by changing its formulation. CONSTITUTION: A solid or semisolid paraquat preparation is characterized by comprising paraquat di-chloride powder, surfactant, bulking agent and at least one kind selected from emetics, malodorous substance, thickening agent, pigment, anti-freezing agent as optional component. A preparation method thereof is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)heating liquid paraquat di-chloride at 70-80deg.C under reduced pressure of 550-650 mmHg, to obtain condensate and drying; (ii)grinding the condensate into 300-350 mesh enough to pass through over 98% of the condensate and obtaining crystalline powder paraquat di-chloride; (iii)mixing the powder paraquat di-chloride, bulking agent, surfactant and optionally at least one kind selected from emetics, malodorous substance, thickening agent, pigment, anti-freezing agent. |
