摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material curable by active energy rays imparting a dried coated film excellent in physical properties, especially resistance to solvents while the coated film is free from tackiness, useful for a top coating agent for decorative paper by including a specific acrylate and a specific polymer. SOLUTION: This material includes (A) an acrylate having one carboxyl and one or more acryloyls in the molecule and (B) a polymer having amino group units in the molecule. The prefereble ratio of the component B is 20-3,000 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The material preferably includes (C) and acrylate including two or more acryloyls and no carboxyl in the molecule, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) a solvent. The preferable ratio of the component C is 20-3,000 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The preferably component B is a compound having amino group units and organopolysiloxane units in the molecule.
