PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive resin composition of which cured material is excellent in close adhering property, pencil hardness, solvent resistance, acid resistance, heat resistance, gold plating resistance, flame retardant property, PCT resistance, etc., excellent in developmental property and photosensitivity. SOLUTION: This flame resistant type energy beam photosensitive epoxycarboxylate resin (B) is obtained by reacting (a) an epoxy compound having >=2 epoxy groups in a molecule with (b) an unsaturated group-containing monocarboxylic acid and (c) a phosphorus compound expressed by the formula (R1, R2 are each hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group).
