PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file generation device or method capable of easily and automatically generating a jump setting region in which different materials can be moved reciprocally to in sequence.SOLUTION: An electronic file generation device generates, in a different electronic file, a setting region where only an upper region of names is changed over one round by making good use of the fact that names of a hyperlink and an anchor in a setting region consisting of a hyperlink and an anchor in the electronic file are in the same lower layer region. Consequently, the lower layer region is automatically copied through one round process, so a plurality of electronic files are simply and finally combined into one and hyperlinks and anchors in different setting regions have the same names, so that a jump can be made. At this time, change of the name of the anchor is made by saving the name from the change in advance so as to make no change of the hyperlink, and using characters etc., which are never used for a document so as to exert no influence of replacement of the name on other documents.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 34(B) |
