PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply adjust a torsional amount and arbitrarily set a position in which the torsional amount starts changing. SOLUTION: This stabilizer 1 is constituted such that a part thereof is easy to twist. An outer periphery of the stabilizer 1 is covered with a frame 2, one end of which is fixed to the stabilizer 1, and a fulcrum piece 3 is attached inside the frame 2. The fulcrum piece 3 can be moved from an outside, and a distance 10 to a contact position between the stabilizer 1 and the fulcrum piece 3 when the stabilizer 1 twists can be changed. The stabilizer 1 twists to come into contact with the fulcrum piece 3, for being integral with the frame 2 and turns to be in a reinforced state, so that torsion characteristic can be changed at a arbitrary position. Accordingly, a torsional amount is simply adjusted from outside and a position in which the torsional amount starts changing is arbitrary set without changing an attaching part of the stabilizer 1 to a vehicle body.
