PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve upload suppression corresponding to the size or number of content without adding any change to a storage system, or deteriorating performance by increasing a load.SOLUTION: An upload management system 104 is configured to, in response to a content storage information acquisition request from a client 101 which performs data upload to a storage system 105, acquire information on data already uploaded by the client 101 from the storage system 105 (S403 to S409), and to, on the basis of acquired information, determine whether or not the client 101 violates a condition (S410 to S411), and to, when the client 101 does not violate the condition, perform control to return authentication information for performing data upload to the client 101 (S412), and to, when the client 101 violates the condition, perform control not to return the authentication information (S413).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
